So many people write poems about something sad, or miserable. I don't think that's good, writing poems is a way to express emotions, but if you do so on hopes of making you feel better, the effect is opposite, poetry amplifies emotion, you should only write about something sad, to express sadness, not to escape from it. Otherwise its a slippery slope downhill.

Life is tough, but good. Finally decided to face my anxiety problem head on and see a GP about it. I may never get rid of it, but, I can at least develop strategies to make the problem smaller.
